What is your shipping policy?
Shipping included — no surprises at checkout.
We include standard delivery to most addresses in the contiguous U.S. on every sauna order. Remote or limited-access locations may incur a small surcharge—please consult our customer service team 949-288-3236 for details.
Curbside with liftgate & scheduled appointment. Your sauna ships via LTL/freight. The carrier will call to book a delivery window and lower the crated unit to the ground at the curb or end of your driveway for signature.
How long does shipping take?
Most models are ready to ship within as little as 30 days.
For more complex custom builds, production may take around 45 days.
Shipping transit time is typically 30 days.
Overall, you can expect delivery within 60–75 days from the time you place your order.

Do you provide installation services?
We do not offer in-house full installation nationwide, but every sauna comes with detailed manuals and assembly videos. Many customers hire local contractors or handymen. We can often recommend installers depending on your location.
What electrical requirements do your saunas need?
Electrical needs vary by model & heater:
- Infrared (1–3 person) often uses 120V, 15A or 20A circuits.
- Larger electric or traditional units, especially outdoors, usually require 240V, 30A–40A or more.
Detailed wiring diagrams are provided; you may need a licensed electrician depending on local codes.
What about warranty & maintenance?
We offer manufacturer’s limited warranty (typically 3 years depending on model). If components fail or issues arise, we will assist with repair or replacement.
What if items are damaged during shipping?
If there is visible damage or missing parts upon delivery, note it on the delivery receipt (“damage to packaging” or “missing items”), take photos, and contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the carrier to handle replacements or claims.
How can I find dimensions and specs?
Each product page includes full specifications: interior & exterior dimensions, footprint, shipping measurements. Technical drawings or diagrams are available if you need help planning your space.
How does the order process work?
Customers can either contact us first for a free consultation and custom design, or place an order directly on our website.
- If you choose to consult with us, we’ll provide a tailored proposal and quote based on your needs. Once both parties confirm the order details, full payment is required to start production. We’ll then handle manufacturing, shipping, and final delivery.
- If you order directly online, our team will promptly reach out to confirm your requirements before passing the order to our factory for production, ensuring everything meets your expectations.
What is your cancellation and return policy?
- After you place an order, we will contact you to verify all details. If you change your mind before production begins, you may cancel for a full refund.
- Once the order is confirmed by both parties and sent to our factory for production, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.
- If there are quality issues or defects, we will replace any faulty parts according to our warranty policy, but full product refunds are not available once production has started.
